We accept DXF files for all manufacturing processes. Simply select your 2D DXF design and our system will render it in an interactive 2D and 3D viewer for preview before you place your order.

No, there is absolutely no minimum order. You can order even a single part. We cater to both individual makers and large-volume production orders.

We offer same-day shipping on eligible orders placed before the cut-off time. Standard turnaround is 1–3 business days depending on part complexity, quantity, and post-processing requirements.

We support 17+ materials spanning metals (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum), plastics (acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate, PP, PVC), composites (carbon fiber, glass epoxy, bakelite, corian), wood (plywood, MDF), and stone (granite, marble, sandstone). See our Materials Guide for full details.

Pricing has two components: material cost (charged per sq ft per mm thickness based on the bounding area of your design) and service cost (cutting charged per running meter, bending charged per bend). Select your design for an instant, accurate quote. See our Rate Card for indicative rates.

We currently offer fiber laser cutting, CO2 laser cutting, metal CNC bending, hot slit plastics bending, and CNC routing. Visit our Services page for detailed information on each process.

Yes! For metal parts (laser cutting), we offer CNC press brake bending. For plastic parts (CO2 laser cutting), we offer hot slit bending. Our system can auto-detect bend lines from your DXF design, or you can manually mark them. A 3D preview shows how your part will look after bending.

We offer several post-processing options including deburring, painting, powder coating, and more. You can select your preferred post-processing during the quoting process before adding your part to the cart.

Login to your account and go to Order History. Click on any order to view detailed tracking information including manufacturing status, shipping details, and delivery confirmation.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password? Send via SMS" button. A new password will be generated and sent to your registered phone number via SMS.
